Scrotal involvement in childhood immunoglobulin A associated vasculitis

Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the demographic and clinic findings in immunoglobulin A-associated vasculitis (IgAV) patients with scrotal involvement also determine predictive factors for assessing development involvement. Materiel Methods: medical records 181 boys who were diagnosed IgAV Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic our center between September 2015-January 2021 evaluated retrospectively. Results: A total number included study. Twenty-seven (14.9%) had Among scrotal-involved patients, 160 (88.4%) swelling, 120 (66.3%) erythema 145 (80.1%) pain or tenderness.
